Below terms outline how we operate, what clients can expect, and the responsibilities involved in working together.
1. Service Process
Clients begin by scheduling an audit meeting. This meeting is used to review the current status of business's online presence and understand service needs. After the audit, clients may choose to proceed with our management services through a direct agreement. No services begin until the agreement and payment terms are confirmed.
2. Scope of Services
RPK Enterprises provides digital marketing services and local visibility support. Our role is to maintain accurate and consistent information on social media platforms. We do not guarantee growth, traffic levels, or specific business outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide correct and updated business information needed for platform setup or ongoing management. Delays in providing required information may affect service timelines.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment terms will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Services will begin only after payment is received as per the agreed plan. Non payment or delayed payment may result in temporary suspension of service.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms follow the cancellation and refund policy available on our website or provided in the service agreement. Any refund eligibility depends on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
6. Third Party Platforms
Our services involve working with platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. RPK Enterprises cannot control third party policies, updates, limitations, or account level decisions made by Google.
7. Liability
RPK Enterprises is not responsible for:
• Changes or actions taken by platforms
• Suspensions or limitations caused by factors outside our control
• Losses due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• Technical issues, downtime, or delays from third party platforms
8. Communication
All official communication will be through the email shared during onboarding. Clients are responsible for checking updates and providing timely responses when needed.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and documents shared by RPK Enterprises are owned by RPK Enterprises and cannot be copied or redistributed without written permission.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any continued engagement with our services after an update indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
